When your people feel their best, they show up with great energy. They give more to your business.
They help your business to thrive.
Think about it…
You spent time and money recruiting your employees and training them to do the job. If they feel unhappy and they leave, the whole process starts again. Wouldn’t it be better to support your most valued people?

Picture the scene.
It’s a midweek morning and your sales rep is late. She turns up looking flustered and stressed.
Why? Well, she might not tell you this, but she spent 15 minutes in front of her wardrobe this morning thinking ‘what the hell am I going to wear?’
She’s got a big sales meeting and nothing she pulled out of the wardrobe seemed to fit properly, or look right, or feel good.
… So now she’s late, she’s frustrated and she’s not going to bring her very best self to that sales meeting.
She’s LESS likely to ask for the big sale, because she’s lacking confidence. She’s LESS likely to give your business all her energy, because she’s already feeling drained.
You want your employees to feel as good as possible. Because when they feel good, they do good.
When they feel frustrated, drained or lack confidence - YOUR business is letting money walk out the door in missed sales and opportunities.
But having conversations about what to wear to work, or feeling confident, can be awkward for both line managers and employees.
Let me take the stress out of the situation for you.

When you launched your business, how did you come up with your ‘workwear’ policy?
Did you use words like ‘smart’ and ‘professional’?
Yea… the problem is, it’s all up for interpretation.
And talking to employees about how they show up for work can be an awkward and stressful conversation for you both.
In a post-pandemic world, the chances are that your employees (and perhaps even you) are feeling:
😕 Confused about what to wear
😕 Like their body has changed and doesn’t align with their old wardrobe
😕 Out of touch with trends, stuck in a rut or just a bit ‘meh’
This is costing your business money.
Why am I the right person to help you?
I became a newspaper editor at a young age and navigated the tricky world of dressing for work, leading a team of more than 20 employees.
I was often being asked by women how they could integrate their personal brand into their work wear; or what they should wear to an important meeting or interview.
At the time, newspapers were a male-dominated industry, but I used my personal brand to my advantage. I showed up in the best energy, gave my all to the company and as a result, I got great results.
As a qualified stylist and coach, I am able to marry my professional training with my industry experience to help your employees thrive and shine.

Perhaps ‘how to dress for work’ doesn’t interest you. But if you want your business to be a success - it matters.
First impressions count. What impression are your employees giving to potential customers?
What are they saying about you as an employer?
Having employees who feel great can add money to your bottom line. They have more energy, they believe in themselves. They go after the bigger opportunities.
Having employees who lack confidence can harm your business. They’re excellent at what they do, they have all the knowledge and skills you could wish for… but they don’t put themselves forward, they don’t give every meeting their best. They’re depleted before they even get to the office because they spent so long stressing about what to wear and beating themselves up.
